Sacred Rhythms
March 26 - 29, 2026
Kansas City, MO

Join us in the heart of Kansas City for Sacred Rhythms, an inspiring conference hosted by the ICOC Heartland Region from March 26–29, 2026. This year, we are honored to welcome Joel and Christy Peed as our guest speakers to explore the vital theology of the Sabbath and the restorative power of spiritual rhythms in leadership.

Set against the elegant backdrop of The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center, the conference offers a unique opportunity for elders, teachers, and lay-leaders to step "into the quiet" for holistic renewal. Whether you are engaging in collaborative leadership workshops or enjoying the premier amenities of our downtown venue, this gathering is designed to help you navigate the antidote to burnout and build deeper spiritual depth within your ministry.

We invite you to register today and join us for a weekend of fellowship, reflection, and sacred rest.

Joel and Christy serve as the Associate Lead Minister and Associate Lead Women’s Ministry Leader for the DFW Church, bringing over 30 years of experience in church leadership and planting. With advanced degrees in Biblical Studies and Spiritual Formation, they have a deep passion for leadership development, having founded both the Climb Small Church Leadership Conference and Eremos Ministry, a nonprofit dedicated to minister wellness. Married for 29 years, they are the proud parents of four children and enjoy spending their free time hiking, golfing, and sharing meals with friends.

To help prepare our hearts for the "Sacred Rhythms" we will be discussing, we recommend reading Joel Peed's book, A Sabbath Map: Navigating Holistic Renewal for Christians, prior to our arrival. In particular, focusing on pages 9–53. The book is available on Amazon. 100% of the proceeds from the book sales go to Eremos Ministry and their mission to build healthy leadership in the ICOC.
