Who, When, How Much
Registration for the 2026 Heartland Youth Camp is open now for all boys and girls entering grades 6 through 12 in the 2026-27 school year.
Camp dates are Sunday, June 7th, through Saturday morning, June 13th.
Early registration is now through Sunday, April 26th, for $499 per camper.
Regular registration is Monday, April 27th, through Sunday, May 17th, for $549 per camper.
Counselor registration is $100 through Sunday, May 17th.
Registration will close on Sunday, May 18th, for both campers and counselors.

Regarding Allergies and Medications
This year, there is a separate form for campers and counselors to provide medication and allergy/sensitivity details. The link for this form is provided on camp registration, and you can also access the appropriate form below:

About Heartland Youth Camp
Heartland Youth Camp will be hosted at Eagle Rock Retreat Center (https://campeaglerock.com), where you will find Christian fellowship, fun, and growth. Eagle Rock Retreat Center is located 75 miles southwest of downtown Springfield, MO, and 65 miles northeast of Fayetteville, AR, off Highway 86 in Eagle Rock, Missouri.
Eagle Rock offers several areas with log cabins and dorm-style lodging, a beautiful, fully staffed dining lodge, and many meeting spaces. Recreational facilities include spacious athletic fields for soccer and softball, a disc golf course, a bouldering wall, an in-ground saltwater pool, three chlorine pools, sand volleyball, basketball, hiking, bonfires, and even an archery range!
The property is located on 1,500 acres of beautiful Ozark Mountain scenery. Its trails and rolling hills make it a great place for cabin groups to go on short hikes with their counselors. It is an ideal and wonderful place to send your child to camp.
The dining hall will offer meal options each day to accommodate the most common dietary restrictions (vegetarian and gluten-free). In the registration, you may also provide additional information about your child's unique dietary needs. If your child’s food allergies are severe, you may send in premade meals, and they will warm them up and serve them to your child along with the rest of the children.
