2025 Heartland Family Weekend

About the Event

Heartland Family Weekend will be a weekend for all families in the Heartland with children in the range of Kindergarten through Fifth Grade to come together and have fun, fellowship, and receive faith-filled and inspirational lessons for both kids and parents! It will be full of whole family activities, games, worship, parenting training, kids lessons and activities, preaching, and more, all pertaining to the theme of "Building Family Together".

Families with children in the K-5th Grade age range, who also have children outside of this range, are still welcomed and encouraged to register! Everyone who comes, regardless of age, must be registered (including infants and toddlers). Entertainment and childcare will be provided at points for children younger or older than the K-5th Grade range.


Please note that as this is a family weekend, all child attendees must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

10:00 am Family Day at the zoo (free zoo admission and parking)

12:00 am Lunch at the zoo (Bring or purchase your lunch)

6:30 pm Family Weekend Kick-off Devotional

7:30 pm Family Movie


Saturday, June 28

9:00 am Coffee & Fellowship

9:30 am Family Devo

10:00 am Kids Session (2nd-5th grade) & Parent Session

12:00 pm Lunch (meal provided)

1:30 pm Family Fun Activities

5:00 pm Dinner (meal provided)

6:00 pm Evening Session + MS & HS event

Fees

Registration is per person. All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Children age 12 and up and adults: $30/person

  • Children age 6 - 11: $15/child

  • Children age 5 and under: Free, but should still be registered

No lodging will be provided for this event; families must find and secure their own lodging for the weekend. Recommended hotels:
