About the Event

KC Church is excited to welcome our brothers and sisters to the Heartland Jubilee! We invite all members and friends of the Heartland region to join us to enjoy a weekend-long renewal of your faith. You'll drink deeply from God's Word, and leave with a renewed understanding of how God sees you and His plan for your life!

This time of celebration is for:

  • All members of the Heartland region

  • Those who have moved away, and want to join us for the weekend to catch up with old friends

  • Those who are seeking and learning about God

  • Kids of all ages!

This weekend-long gathering will include:

  • Worship and Song

  • Inspiring lessons

  • Team sports, with church vs. church tournaments (bragging rights are on the line!)

  • Fellowship, fellowship, fellowship!

Registration Fees

Adult:

  • Early Registration through 6/25 - $65.00

  • Regular Registration through 8/10 - $75.00

  • Late Registration through 8/24 - $85.00

  • Walk-Up Registration - $100.00


College:

  • Early Registration through 6/25 - $15.00

  • Regular Registration through 8/10 - $25.00

  • Late Registration through 8/24 - $35.00

  • Walk-Up Registration - $50.00


Children 12th grade and under (25-26 school year) are free!


You're Invited to the Leaders Luncheon! Join us for a special Leaders Luncheon on Saturday, August 30, from 12:00 to 1:30 PM, open to all conference attendees who currently serve—or aspire to serve—in a leadership role. Whether you're a small group leader, ministry leader, team leader, recovery group leader, or someone who feels called to lead in the future, this lunch is for you!


This will be an excellent opportunity to connect with others and gain practical leadership insights designed to encourage and strengthen you in your role. It’s a “lunch and learn” you won’t want to miss!


The cost is $10 per person, including kids. While there will be no childcare available, lunch will be provided for children, and they’re welcome to enjoy it alongside you.


Decide later to attend the luncheon? The price of the Leaders Luncheon will not increase. If you wish, you can complete your Conference Registration now and then revisit this site later to purchase tickets for the Leaders Luncheon. In this case, you would select the "Leaders Lunch ONLY" ticket option on the registration page. Please note that this option is intended only for those who have already registered, and selecting it will not register you for the conference.


Lodging




Our Men's and Women's sessions, as well as our Sunday Service, will take place at the Marriott Kansas City Overland Park. It is a spacious and elegant venue that provides a comfortable and welcoming environment for conference attendees.

For the convenience of our attendees, this venue offers plenty of on-site paid parking and on-site dining options. Looking for the shortest commute possible? We have also secured a courtesy block of hotel rooms, for just $149 per night. Guests of the hotel will also enjoy free come-and-go parking throughout the weekend!
