About the Event

Get away for a weekend to be refreshed, connect with God, and connect with others during our annual campus ministry retreat for the Heartland region. This time will be filled with worship, lessons to help you grow deeper in your relationship with God and understanding of His Word, as well as making memories in fellowship with others seeking Jesus.

Schedule At-A-Glance

Friday, October 9th

Please eat dinner before arriving

5-7:30 pm: Registration + Getting settled in your room

7:30 pm-10 pm: Opening Session

Saturday, October 10th

8-9 am: Continental Breakfast

9-10 am: Leadership Workshop

10-12 pm: Split Men's and Women's Lessons + Groups

12-1 pm: Lunch

1:30-4 pm: Free time or Games

5-6 pm: Dinner

7-9 pm: Worship Night

Sunday, October 11th

8-9 am: Continental Breakfast

9-10 am: Pack up Rooms

10-11:30 am: Church Service

12 pm: Close

Fees

Registration is per person. All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. This covers your food, housing, and registration.

• Regular Student Price: $110

• Campus Ministry Single: $110 per single

• Campus Ministry Couple: $220 per couple

• Children of ministry staff: $25 per child

Lodging

Lodging is included in the overall registration fee. Rooms are hotel-style and motel-style and will be shared with others you request on the registration form. Rooms are quad occupancy.
